Company Secretary (CS)

Trip Jack Private Limited is seeking an experienced and qualified or semi-qualified Company Secretary to join our team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a strong understanding of corporate laws and a minimum of 2 years of practical experience. An LLB qualification is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Manage all MCA filings and ensure timely compliance.
Draft agendas, resolutions, and minutes for Board meetings.
Handle secretarial audit compliances.
Liaise with NSDL, RTA, and other regulatory bodies.
Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal agreements.
Support ESOP-related activities and administration.
Conduct legal research and provide legal support to the organization.
Assist in handling litigations as required.

Requirements:

Qualified or semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS).
Minimum of 2 years of exposure to MCA filings, preparing meeting documents, and secretarial compliance.
Strong knowledge of Corporate Laws.
LLB qualification is a plus.
Excellent drafting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Details:

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary: As per industry standards
