Job Title: Documentation Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling shipping and freight documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade requirements, and supporting smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage all export documentationincluding Bills of Lading, Invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and overseas agents for timely submission of documents.
Verify accuracy of export documentation in compliance with customs, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain updated records of shipments and documentation for audits and internal reference.
Handle pre-alerts, drafts approvals, and ensure error-free final documentation.
Communicate with operations and sales teams to resolve documentation issues,
Track shipments and update clients on documentation and shipment status.
Assist in ensuring adherence to company policies and international trade regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in export documentation within the shipping, NVOCC, or freight forwarding industry,
Strong knowledge of export processes, shipping documents, and trade compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/logistics software, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Salary depends on interview performance and experience.
