SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy :

We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.
Whether clients are preserving, optimizing, raising or investing, our Connected Capital Solutions (CCS) are our five go-to-market offerings that help drive competitive advantage and increased returns through improved decision-making. Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Primary delivery responsibility in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements Working on commercial due diligence, growth strategy and feasibility studies for private equity and corporates Involved in various business development initiatives such as preparation of pitch documents,industry notes, scope of work, etc The role will evolve from engagement delivery to engagement management and pro-active business development over time End to end execution of engagements in specified sectors Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts on relevant sectors Strong analytical skills and structured thinking, Sharp focus on quality delivery Excellent communication skills (written and oral) In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment Professional network and networking skills Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts (if with relevant consulting experience) Ability to work with tight timelines Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client Willingness to travel within India and abroad.

- Master of Business Administration ( From Tier 1 college )
Experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience (post MBA) in Consulting/PE/VC firms
