SaT - TCF - Financial Diligence :

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- Strong understanding of financial diligence processes, including analysis of historical financial statements and quality of earnings. Proficient in reviewing revenue, cost, working capital, and cash flow trends to identify key financial risks and opportunities. Ability to perform detailed financial analysis, data validation, and support transaction-related diligence workstreams. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with attention to accuracy and consistency in outputs. Hands-on experience in preparing concise diligence findings, supporting documentation, and financial summaries for transaction reviews.
