We are building systems, processes, and a professional export organization, and are looking for ambitious individuals who want real business exposure instead of routine internship work.
If you are curious about international business, exports, sales, negotiations, and entrepreneurship, this internship is designed to provide practical learning with direct mentorship from the Founder.
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented International Sales & Business Development Intern who can help us identify buyers, initiate conversations, follow up consistently, and build a strong international sales pipeline.
This is primarily a sales role, not a data-entry or back-office internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified international buyer leads through LinkedIn, Google, trade directories, exhibitions, and B2B platforms
- Contact importers, distributors, wholesalers, and procurement teams through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
- Conduct cold outreach and introduce EXIM Internationals professionally
- Follow up with prospects regularly until a clear response or next step is received
- Qualify leads based on product requirement, quantity, destination, buying cycle, and seriousness
- Schedule meetings and calls between interested buyers and the Founder
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales stages and follow-up dates
- Assist in preparing quotations and commercial proposals
- Support negotiation and customer-conversion activities
- Reconnect with dormant and exhibition-generated leads
- Build relationships with buyers across the Middle East and other international markets
- Achieve weekly outreach, conversation, meeting, and pipeline targets
Sales Expectations
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Add qualified buyer leads every week
- Send personalized outreach messages and emails daily
- Make professional sales calls when required
- Follow up without hesitation
- Track every prospect in the CRM
- Work toward generating meetings, quotation requests, and trial-order opportunities
Candidates uncomfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, targets, or speaking to unknown prospects should not apply.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Assist with supplier and freight-rate coordination when required
- Support basic export documentation and shipment-related activities
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Attend exhibitions, buyer meetings, and business visits with the Founder or independently when assigned
Who Should Apply?
- MBA / BBA / Commerce / Engineering / Management students or fresh graduates
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and analytical ability
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google and AI tools for research
- Candidates genuinely interested in sales, international business, and exportsBonus Skills

Internship Details
- Duration: 3 Months
- Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home + Office)
- Sunday Off
- Saturday: Half Day / Flexible depending on business requirements
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
