About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and aggressive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end retail hiring for PAN India retail stores, COCO & FOCO clinics. The role requires strong expertise in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, and fast-paced recruitment execution.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail hiring and must be comfortable handling multiple positions across different functional areas with aggressive hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for PAN India retail stores and clinics.
- Manage bulk hiring requirements for COCO & FOCO clinic operations.
- Source, screen, schedule, and close candidates within defined TATs.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and hiring managers for manpower planning and closures.
- Manage hiring across multiple functions including:
Store Managers
Cosmetologists
Dermatologists
Skin Therapists
Dentists
Orthodontists
Receptionists
Retail Operations staff
- Drive recruitment through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and other hiring channels.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and smooth onboarding coordination.
- Work aggressively on closures and maintain high joining ratios.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in retail / healthcare / clinic hiring.
- Strong experience in bulk hiring and volume closures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation capabilities.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
