PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Lead Leviat India's strategic engagement with key EPC contractors and infrastructure customers by developing executive relationships, influencing project specifications, securing approvals, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. Own strategic account plans and position Leviat as the preferred engineering solutions partner across major infrastructure projects.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Account Management

Own and develop long-term business relationships with assigned Key Accounts.

Develop and execute annual Strategic Account Plans aligned with customer business objectives.

Establish executive-level relationships across engineering, procurement, commercial, and project leadership teams.

Identify opportunities to expand Leviat's product portfolio within existing accounts.

Build multi-level engagement across corporate offices and project sites.
Business Development

Generate sustainable business growth from major EPC contractors, infrastructure developers, and government organizations.

Identify upcoming infrastructure projects during planning and design stages.

Develop a qualified pipeline of opportunities across transportation, metro, rail, highways, bridges, airports, marine, water, energy, industrial, and data centre sectors.

Deliver annual sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
Project & Specification Management

Drive early engagement with consultants, designers, structural engineers, and project owners.

Secure product specifications, approved vendor status, and engineering acceptance.

Collaborate with Leviat Engineering teams to develop customized technical solutions.

Ensure successful conversion of specifications into commercial orders.
Commercial Leadership

Lead commercial negotiations for national agreements and project-specific contracts.

Develop pricing strategies while protecting profitability.

Support contract reviews, commercial risk assessment, and bid strategy.

Drive timely order closure and payment collections.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless project execution.

Support project teams throughout execution to maximize customer satisfaction.

Act as the Voice of Customer within Leviat.
Market Intelligence

Monitor infrastructure investments, government initiatives, and industry trends.

Track competitor strategies, pricing, and product positioning.

Identify opportunities for new product introduction and market expansion.
CRM & Forecasting

Maintain accurate opportunity pipeline within CRM.

Prepare monthly sales forecasts and account reviews.

Track project milestones and conversion ratios.

Provide regular business updates to senior leadership.

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
-
MBA in Marketing or Business Management desirable.
-
10–15 years' experience in infrastructure project sales or key account management.
-
Proven success managing large EPC and infrastructure customers.
-
Experience with engineered construction products, structural systems, anchoring, reinforcement, precast or related solutions.

Strong understanding of project sales and specification selling.
-
Experience working with consultants, government agencies and infrastructure authorities.
-
Good commercial awareness with the ability to identify business opportunities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering software.

Able to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Possess a high level of integrity, ethics and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
