Job description:

We are looking to hire Business Development Executives to support and grow our B2B and channel sales operations.

This is a field-intensive role involving client visits, dealer network expansion, and new customer acquisition across India.

Work Structure

15 days/month: Pan India travel for client meetings
15 days/month: Work from Mumbai office for follow-ups, planning & coordination

Key Responsibilities

Dealer & Channel Management

Expand and maintain existing dealer and channel partner network
Regular visits and follow-ups with dealers and partners
Support channel partners with product knowledge and coordination

New Client Acquisition

Identify and convert new B2B customers such as: Nurseries, Horticulturists, Landscapers, Institutional buyers
Conduct professional sales meetings and presentations
Generate and follow up on leads

Sales Execution

Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain lead data, visit reports, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for orders, samples, and dispatch

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

Comfortable with Pan India travel
Confident communication and professional sales approach
Ability to meet clients in person and build relationships
Basic reporting and coordination skills

Preferred:

Experience working with dealers or distributors
Exposure to landscaping, horticulture, nurseries, or building-related industries
