RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

Overseeing the hiring process and assist in meeting the manpower requirements of the organization
Sourcing resumes through job portals and social media platforms according to the job specifications
Scheduling interviews and ensuring that interviewees report for the interviews
Effective communication and follow up for all related documents for further onboarding process Maintaining and updating recruitment MIS report for timely deliverables
Ensure the criteria for which the candidates are being assessed are relevant to the job they have applied for
Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications and other set requirements
Develop network and contacts to source candidates as per the requirements
