Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end liaisoning activities for obtaining approvals from various government and regulatory authorities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local municipal corporations, development authorities, and other statutory bodies.
- Ensure timely procurement of approvals such as:
- Land approvals (NA, Title Clearance, etc.)
- Building plan approvals
- Commencement Certificate (CC)
- Occupation Certificate (OC)
- Environmental Clearances
- Fire NOC, Water, Electricity, and other utility approvals
- Track and follow up on all submissions and approvals to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with architects, legal teams, and consultants for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in local laws, regulations, and government policies affecting real estate projects.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all approvals, licenses, and correspondence.
- Represent the organization in meetings with government officials and external agencies.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and other statutory requirements.
- Support project teams by resolving regulatory issues and bottlenecks.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Law / Urban Planning or related field
- Relevant certifications in real estate regulations or compliance will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Strong local authority network and practical exposure to approval processes
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical timelines
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
