Full job description

JD - HR & Admin Executive

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations and managing administrative functions to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace. This role includes recruitment support, employee engagement, payroll coordination, record management, office administration, and compliance with company policies.

Human Resources

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Support attendance, leave, and payroll processing.
Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Administration

Manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Maintain office assets and inventory.
Monitor office expenses and maintain administrative records.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Support event planning and company meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
2–5 years of experience in HR and administration
Proficiency in MS Office.

Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Time management and coordination skills.
