Key Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with MCGM departments for statutory approvals (CFO, Tree, City Survey, etc.).
· Act as the primary point of contact for liaisoning with all Government departments, BMC offices, and statutory authorities (Mantralaya / Collector's office and such) related to the project.
· Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain all necessary approvals,remarks, permissions, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) required for project execution.
Ensure timely submission of drawings, reports, and proposals to various departments of the government.
· Track approval status, follow up with departments, and resolve queries or objections raised by authorities.
· Coordinate with internal teams, architects, consultants, and designers to ensure all proposals adhere to local bylaws, DCPR 2034, and statutory norms.
· Maintain proper documentation and records of all submissions, approvals, and correspondence with authorities.
· Ensure adherence to project timelines by proactively managing approval-related dependencies.
· Have Knowledge of the flow for redevelopment process
· Coordinate for Registration of any registered agreements
· Coordinate with Local Authorities for smooth progress of site.
· Follow-up for the compliances required for regulatory approvals.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
