Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Treatment Planning Orthodontist to join our clinical team. The candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing aligner treatment plans, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review clear aligner treatment plans using digital orthodontic software.
- Analyze intraoral scans, X-rays, photographs, and clinical records for treatment planning.
- Ensure treatment plans are clinically accurate and aligned with company protocols.
- Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, and clinical coordinators for case discussions and approvals.
- Monitor ongoing cases and suggest refinements/modifications wherever required.
- Maintain high standards of treatment quality and patient satisfaction.
- Support the clinical operations team in resolving treatment-related queries.
- Stay updated with advancements in aligner therapy and digital orthodontics.
Requirements
- MDS in Orthodontics is mandatory.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in aligner treatment planning preferred.
- Hands-on experience with digital treatment planning software is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of orthodontic diagnosis and biomechanics.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in clear aligner brands or digital orthodontic setups.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
