Full job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Trained/experienced in Accounting-If they have Fund Accounting background/experience we have 0.9 correlation ( i don't want to restrict our search to FA) if they are trained and experienced in Accounting then it should be backed with preparation of financial statements. This could be Foreign GAAPs/Regulations, Indian GAAP’s. Team handling experience (on the floor or other locations) is mandatory. Minimum 4 people as direct reporting
Experience in managing the below
Training Evaluation and feedbacks
Training on SOP’s
Error/Quality metrics
RCA (Root Cause Analysis ) /CAPA
Performance evaluation
Experience in reviewing all deliverables and ensure timely delivery through systems
Communication is the key. Ability to understand the needs of the team, clients, Management and communicate effectively in English
Worked under a hierarchy and understands the importance and significance of Process and compliance to checklist
Attrition Management , Process Management,
Willing to extend and support the team.
Understands Change Management and its impact
Understands Automation and its significance and has worked on projects and has the experience and ability to implement them.

Qualification & Skills:

Experience: upto 4 years (TL) to < 4 and upto 8 years (AM) (TL and AM designation can be decided based on the years of experience and performance in Interview) in MNC’s or Private companies from Outsourcing environment.The only exception for including articleship is when the candidate is from Big 4’s
B.Com /M.Com/CA( Inter or final)/ACWA(( Inter or final) completed
Strong aptitude, Internet savvyGood oral and written communication skills in English
Strong aptitude in numerical and reasoning capacity and computer proficiency in Ms Office, Excel etc.
Pleasing personality and multi-tasking skills

Experience: 4 – 8 Years
Salary range: Company standards
Job Location: Mumbai/Gandhinagar/Agartala/Chennai/Indore
To CTC : 7 to 9 lacs

Qualification & Skills:

Ensure the required trained employees are available based on the forecasted volume
Request the management for any additional support/backup staffing like consultants factoring any leave or unplanned volumes based on the need
Schedule shifts is required
Schedule the production schedule in the in-house system
Provide day wise status to management via the in-house system
Work on exceptions if any and ensure they don re-occur
Work forecasted is assigned to respective team members based on the feedback and the performance of the employee/resources
Confirm the checklists are updated and employees/resources are informed of any changes that client has informed recently
Ensure the necessary automations are developed for the forecasted volumes
Ensure the necessary automations are tested and feedback is fixed for the forecasted volumes to ensue Go-live
Ensure compliance to process steps by the team members
Ensure compliance to TAT as agreed in the production plan
Ensure minimum productivity per person/team member
Ensure daily timesheet reconciliation for the minimum hours
Conducting Interviews at Operational level
Providing feedback to team members on their performance
Recommend and issue D&D if needed
Recommend Performance improvement program is required
Continuous review of the checklists to ensure they cover the recent learnings, Internal/External errors and actionable from RCA.
Providing improvement suggestions on the process to minimize errors and improve productivity
Holding regular Team meetings as necessary
Implement the RCA actions
Consultant review and on-boarding
Invoicing generation for funds and approval for consultant invoices
Training on SOP/SIPOC
Monthly feedback on resources/employees on probation, recommending action plan and implementation of action plans proposed.
