Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and detail-oriented Assistant Physiotherapist to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. You will assist in administering treatment plans, setting up specialized modalities, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate professional looking to advance their clinical skills in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and comprehensive patient rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Support: Assist Senior Physiotherapists in executing customized treatment and rehabilitation plans for patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports injuries.
Modality Administration: Safely set up and apply physical modalities (e.g., ultrasound, IFT, laser therapy, traction, and hot/cold packs) as directed.
Exercise Supervision: Guide and supervise patients through prescribed corrective exercises, ensuring proper form, technique, and safety.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records, tracking daily progress, attendance, and treatment notes.
Clinic Maintenance: Ensure treatment areas, equipment, and modalities are clean, organized, fully sanitized, and ready for patient use.
Patient Coordination: Assist with scheduling, managing patient flow within the clinic, and providing warm, professional customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from a recognized institution is required.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting. Fresh graduates with strong internship records are welcome to apply.
Core Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of human anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, and standard physical therapy modalities.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds.
Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, compassionate, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
