Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end GeM portal operations.
Register OEMs, sellers, and service providers on GeM.
Upload and manage product catalogs, specifications, pricing, and compliance documents.
Search and identify relevant government tenders, bids, and BOQs.
Prepare and submit bids within deadlines.
Handle Bid Participation, RA (Reverse Auction), and BOQ submissions.
Coordinate with OEMs for authorization letters, MAFs, compliance documents, and pricing.
Process Purchase Orders, invoicing, and order fulfillment through GeM.
Track payments, PFMS status, and invoice reconciliation.
Resolve GeM portal issues, vendor assessments, and buyer queries.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Skills

Networking, Servers, and Smart Classroom solutions, the GeM Expert should also:

Identify IT infrastructure tenders across Central and State Government departments.
Coordinate with OEMs for bid-specific pricing and authorization.
Prepare technical compliance matrices.
Manage consortium and OEM authorization documentation.
Support post-order execution until payment realization.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
