R&D Intern – Personal Care (6 Months Internship)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Duration: 6 Months
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic R&D Intern to join our Product Development team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to formulation development, product testing, and innovation within the personal care industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in formulation trials and product development activities.
Support stability studies, documentation, and sample management.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and NPD.
Maintain R&D records, reports, and laboratory documentation.
Conduct market and competitor research for new product development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Prior internship experience or academic exposure to the personal care, cosmetics, skincare, or beauty industry is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and documentation skills.
