About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven B2B Sales Manager to lead the acquisition and growth of schools, colleges, universities, and education organizations for the Helloivy platform.

This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, enjoys building long-term institutional relationships, and wants to be part of one of India's fastest-growing AI EdTech companies.

You will own the complete sales cycle—from identifying prospects and conducting product demonstrations to negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build a pipeline of schools, colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India and international markets.
Generate qualified leads through outbound outreach, networking, partnerships, referrals, events, and inbound opportunities.
Develop relationships with school owners, principals, trustees, management teams, counselors, career guidance heads, and university leadership.
Understand institutional challenges and position HelloIvy as the preferred AI-powered counseling solution.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations for institutional stakeholders.
Present ROI, implementation plans, and long-term value propositions.
Customize proposals based on institutional requirements.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to contract closure.
Build accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM hygiene.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close enterprise deals.
Ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired institutions.
Collaborate with Customer Success to drive product adoption and renewals.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.
Track competitor offerings and market trends.
Gather customer feedback to influence product development.
Represent HelloIvy at conferences, school events, and education exhibitions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
3–10 years of experience in School B2B sales.
Proven experience selling SaaS, EdTech, or enterprise software solutions to school, colleges and eductaional institutes.
Experience selling to schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions is highly preferred.
Strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills

Excellent consultative selling and solution-selling skills.
Strong presentation and product demonstration abilities.
Outstanding negotiation and closing capabilities.
Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
Experience managing long sales cycles and enterprise accounts.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly organized.
