Job Summary:
We are seeking a multi-talented creative who can seamlessly balance static graphic design, dynamic video editing, and hands-on content creation. In this role, you won't just sit behind a screen—you will also be responsible for basic camera handling, setting up framing, and shooting raw footage. You will transform complex medical and travel concepts into engaging, accessible, and visually stunning digital assets that resonate deeply with an international audience across our website, social media, and ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Videography & On-Site Shooting:
- Handle basic camera operation, framing, composition, and audio setup for in-house shoots.
- Coordinate and shoot raw video content, including patient testimonials, doctor interviews, office updates, and educational walkthroughs.
- Manage, maintain, and organize basic studio/shooting equipment (cameras, basic lighting, and microphones).
2. Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit high-quality, engaging long-form video content for YouTube and our website, focusing on clear narrative flow.
- Produce and optimize snappy short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) aligned with current social media algorithms and trends.
- Execute all post-production tasks, including color grading, audio cleanup, adding subtitles/captions, motion graphics, and smooth transitions.
- Conceptualize and storyboard video campaigns from scratch in collaboration with the marketing team.
3. Graphic Design:
- Design high-converting visual assets for the web, including landing page banners, infographics, and downloadable patient resource guides.
- Craft eye-catching social media graphics, carousels, and high-click-through YouTube thumbnails.
- Develop digital ad creatives (Meta Ads, Google Display Network) and occasional print/branding materials like brochures and newsletters.
- Maintain strict brand consistency, professional aesthetics, and adhere to technical web-optimization guidelines (proper sizing, compression, and formats).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience handling graphic design, video editing, and basic videography/shooting (prior experience in an agency, healthcare, or travel sector is a significant advantage).
- Technical Skills:
- Proven ability to operate DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or high-end mobile shooting rigs, along with basic lighting and audio gear.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Creative Mindset: A strong eye for visual composition, framing, typography, and color theory.
- Portfolio: A diverse portfolio or showreel showcasing both your design/editing work and examples of footage you have personally shot.
