As our business expands, we’re looking for an energetic and driven Sales & Vendor Relations Executive who enjoys interacting with customers, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring every trip is executed smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Customer Sales & Relationship Management
* Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online travel enquiries.
* Understand customer travel requirements and recommend the most suitable vehicle options.
* Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Follow up on pending enquiries to maximize sales conversions.
* Build long-term relationships with repeat customers.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to trip completion.

Vendor Development & Procurement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet owners and transport operators.
* Identify and onboard new vendors across Pune, Mumbai, and nearby regions.
* Negotiate competitive pricing and maintain healthy vendor partnerships.
* Ensure vehicle availability during peak seasons and weekends.
* Maintain an organized database of vendors, pricing, and vehicle categories.
* Monitor vendor performance based on quality, punctuality, and customer feedback.

Travel Operations
* Coordinate bookings between customers, vendors, and drivers.
* Ensure trips are executed smoothly and on schedule.
* Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
* Maintain booking records, quotations, invoices, and trip documentation.
* Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, negotiating deals, and taking ownership of their work.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Travel, Logistics, Vendor Management, or Procurement.
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable handling multiple customer enquiries simultaneously.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
* Experience in the travel, tourism, transportation, logistics, fleet rental, or hospitality industry.
* Familiarity with routes and travel destinations across Pune, Mumbai, and Maharashtra.
* Experience using CRM software or booking management systems.
