We are seeking a Manager to join the OIT Tax practice in our Mumbai or Bangalore office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

� Utilization and management of OneSource Income Tax (“OIT”) for International, to prepare client forms 5471, 8858 and 8865 (and all schedules) including:

o Creation of international entity structures for multinational entities that include foreign corporations, disregarded entities and partnerships

o Binder use and management, including consolidations (ie: “DivCon’s”) and similar

o Importing (including bulk import) and entry of trial balances and key attributes from various sources

o Creation and use of charts for sourcing and key calculations

o Using OIT functionality to complete key calculations including Subpart F and GILTI

o Other functions, tools and options within OIT

o Creation of .xml hand-off’s

o Roll-forward to successive years

o Best practices

� Also need individual to be a resource for team and assist with issue identification, analysis and remedy

� Actively involved in designing and presenting training sessions to other OIT users – including for new functionalities as made available

� Actively involved in creation of internal tools and reference aids for OIT International

Basic Qualifications:

� 6+ years’ experience with OneSource Income Tax (“OIT”) for International

� CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent will be mandatory

� Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field

� Excellent communication and organization skills
