Work Type: Freelance

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday

Location: Mumbai / Hybrid

We are a 100 Cr+ D2C brand trusted by lakhs of parents. From cloth diapers to baby essentials, we are constantly innovating to create products that are practical, comfortable, sustainable, and loved by parents.

As we continue to grow our product portfolio, we are looking for a Freelance Packaging Designer who can bring creativity, strong visual thinking, and excellent execution to our packaging designs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Packaging Designer who can take a packaging project from research and concept to final print-ready artwork.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Design teams to develop packaging that is strategic, visually strong, consumer-friendly, and true to the SuperBottoms brand.

Key Responsibilities

Research consumer, category, and competitor trends to build strong packaging concepts.
Develop and present concept boards and creative directions.
Create multiple packaging mock-ups and design options.
Develop packaging across formats while maintaining brand consistency and shelf impact.
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork and dielines.
Incorporate feedback and manage timelines, revisions,s and final execution.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
Use AI tools for research, ideation, visualisation, and creative execution.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in Packaging Design / Graphic Design.
Strong understanding of packaging, typography, colour, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
Experience with dielines, print-ready files,s and print production.
Strong research, conceptualisation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage timelines, feedback and deliverables independently.
AI skills are mandatory for research, ideation and visualisation.
A strong packaging design portfolio is mandatory.
D2C experience is a must. Experience in FMCG, Baby Care, Lifestyle or other consumer-focused brands is a plus.

Payment: Project-based, with a fixed fee agreed upon for the complete scope of work rather than an hourly fee. We value and respect creative time, so this allows you to plan and block your time accordingly around the project.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban District)
