Full job description

Responsible for maintaining payroll-related data in the payroll system.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

Calculate final payments for resigning employees, including any outstanding entitlements and deductions.
Handle tax clearance submissions for leavers in accordance with tax regulations.
Manage and administer time and attendance systems, including updating schedules and correcting overtime records.
Gather, analyze, and prepare time and attendance reports.
Handle employee payroll related queries through the ticketing system in a timely manner.
Maintain payroll operations in accordance with established policies and procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.
Support change requests whenever required.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field, preferably in Human Resources.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources (HR), with at least 1 year in payroll administration.
Candidates with a Diploma must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
Good knowledge of HR processes and HR IT systems.
Basic understanding of statutory requirements and the Employment Act.
Able to work within tight timelines.
