Job Title: Supervisor-cum-Driver Housekeeping services

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Eranakulam, Kerala

Salary: 15k-20k based on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Supervisor-cum-Driver to support our deep cleaning team. This is a hands-on job. You will drive the team to customer locations, supervise the cleaning work, coordinate with customer to get the checklist sign off for billing.

Key Responsibilities

Drive company vehicle and transport team, tools, and materials to job sites.
Supervise deep cleaning activities to ensure quality work.
Assist the cleaning team with tasks such as scrubbing, vacuuming, washing, and other deep cleaning duties.
Make sure safety rules are followed during all jobs.
Communicate with customers politely and handle basic customer questions.
Check and maintain cleaning equipment.
Report daily work updates to the office.

Requirements

Valid driving license (LMV).
Physically fit and willing to do manual work.
Any experience in cleaning or supervision is an added advantage.
Educational qualification- +2, Degree.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.

Working Hours

Depends on work.
Overtime may be required based on job schedule.
