Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and executing seamless onboarding programs.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, advise on conflict mediation, and conduct fair investigations into workplace complaints.
Performance Management: Coordinate performance review cycles, assist managers in goal-setting, and track employee development and training needs.
Compliance & Policy Administration: Maintain personnel records, enforce company guidelines, and ensure strict adherence to local labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits: Process payroll, administer benefits (e.g., health insurance, provident fund), and address staff inquiries regarding compensation.
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (e.g., MBA or MSW).
Experience: 2 + Years
Skills: Strong working knowledge f local employment/labor laws, proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) platforms, and outstanding conflict resolution and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
