Job Title: Student Placement Cell Assistant

Qualification: MBA Graduate / MBA Fresher
Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply
Department: Training & Placement Cell

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MBA Graduate to join our Student Placement Cell. The candidate will assist in coordinating student placements, communicating with companies, maintaining placement records, and supporting recruitment and training activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting campus placement and recruitment activities.
Communicate with companies, HR departments, and recruiters.
Coordinate interviews, placement drives, and recruitment schedules.
Maintain student databases, placement records, and company details.
Follow up with students regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
Support training programs, workshops, and career guidance activities.
Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
Prepare reports and placement-related documentation.
Assist the Placement Officer in day-to-day activities.

Candidate Requirements

MBA degree or MBA pursuing/final-year candidates.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR activities.
Good computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
Ability to coordinate with students, faculty, and companies.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
