Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to Patients Attender and other family members to pre-approved scripts and promotional strategies.
Handle incoming calls and address customer complaints or health care questions.
Qualify leads and pass high-potential prospects on to the Reporting officer
Maintain clean, detailed logs of all conversations and outcomes in the HIS software.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume, talk time, and conversions. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Required Skills & Qualifications

Clear verbal communication skills and a confident, polite phone tone.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
Patience, active listening, and a positive attitude toward rejection.
Prior experience in customer service or telesales is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
