Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO
Company: Gupio

Job Summary

Gupio is looking for a proactive, organized, and dynamic Personal Assistant to CEO to support day-to-day business operations and executive activities. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel frequently, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in sales coordination, operations management, scheduling, and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Schedule and organize internal and external meetings.
Handle client communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
Assist with sales activities, follow-ups, lead coordination, and customer engagement.
Support operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting notes, and business correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics.
Act as a point of contact between management, clients, and stakeholders.
Track action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of business and client information.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
Knowledge of sales processes and operational workflows.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Willingness to travel anywhere as required for business purposes.
