Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment reporting.
Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and hiring analytics.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Experience recruiting for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Shared Services, or Corporate functions is an advantage.
