Job Title

Inventory Executive (Computer Spare Parts / IT Hardware)

Job Summary

The Inventory Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining inventory of computer spare parts and IT hardware components. This includes monitoring stock levels, tracking incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely availability of components for service, sales, or production.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage inventory of IT hardware components and computer spare parts in the warehouse/store.
Record stock entries, dispatches, and returns in the inventory system.
Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory databases regularly.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.
Ensure safe handling and proper storage of electronic components.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams for ordering required spare parts.
Support service technicians and engineers by providing required parts on time.
Prepare inventory reports, stock status reports, and reorder alerts.
Monitor damaged, defective, or obsolete items and report them to management.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and spare parts
Proficiency in MS Excel or inventory software / ERP
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple spare parts SKUs

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
