Job Title: Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse)

Location: Germany
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months of clinical experience
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Germany. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience with no career gap and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with German healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital or care home settings.
Monitor, record, and evaluate patient health conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and patient assessments.
Ensure infection control and patient safety according to hospital policies.
Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (hospital or clinical setting).
License/Registration:
Must be eligible for nursing license/registration in Germany (or willing to undergo recognition process - Anerkennung).
Language:
Proficiency in German (B2 level) as per the Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen (GER) is required or in progress.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment with empathy and integrity.
