Full job description

Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company's healthcare products and solutions within the assigned territory. The role requires close coordination with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, government institutions, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.  Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned territory.  Promote and sell the company's healthcare products and solutions.  Conduct regular meetings with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, purchase departments, and other key decision-makers.  Generate leads and effectively follow up to maximize sales opportunities.  Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Customer Relationship Management  Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.  Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical application support activities.  Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner.  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.  Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and follow-ups.

Pay: ₹8,194.94 - ₹25,337.11 per month
