Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Company: Avience Biomedicals Limited
Location: Janakpuri South, New Delhi
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel (as per business needs to Noida, Jewar Factory & other locations)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and flexibility to travel. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule with high efficiency
Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Maintain organized records, files, and highly confidential documents with discretion
Act as a point of contact between the MD, internal teams, factories, and external stakeholders
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, decisions, and action points to drive closure
Travel with the MD to Noida, Jewar factory, and other business locations as required
Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, trains, hotels, and local transport
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business summaries for management review
Handle calls, requests, and communications on behalf of the MD when required
Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline
1–5 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Excellent command over spoken and written English (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
