Roles and Responsibility’s
Quality & Research and Development Executive
· Reports to Manager QA & QC and Factory Manager.
· Responsible for maintaining overall quality activities at Factory level.
· Day to day guidance on quality maintenance of Egg and Egg products for Factory.
· Responsible for the development of quality module and train all lab staff.
· To co-ordinate for required resources (manpower and equipment’s) for Quality Department.
· Identify training needs of all lab staff and send it to the HRD Department through proper channel for their evaluation during appraisal.
· Responsible for calibration of testing equipment’s/ instruments.
· Authorized to release the Egg and Egg products to markets.
· Inspection of processing and packing, as per requirement.
· Responsible for development of new Egg products.
· Conducting of R&D trials for new products / up-gradation of existing products as per requirement
· Development of packaging material and labeling details.
· Every day verify records and results and reporting to Manager QA and update MIS.
· Verify the dispatch Containers and vehicles.
· Monitoring the Pest control activity and maintain the records.
· Prepare the internal, external EIA documents.
· Monitor and verify the RMP and external laboratory samples.
· Preparation of specifications for raw materials, packing materials, consumables and finished products.
· Preparation and implementation of laboratory test methods.
· Responsible to train the new lab staff.
· As a member of FSMS Team, responsible for successful implementation of ISO 22000, the key areas of CCP monitoring, OPRPs & COPs implementation are to be monitored.
· Checking to ensure the implementation of guidelines for cleaning & hygiene practices.
· Authorized to sign in QA logbook and reports.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
