Position: Visualizer / Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Visualizer / Senior Graphic Designer who can independently translate brand strategy into compelling visual communication. This is a hands-on execution role with significant creative ownership. The candidate will work across the Group's portfolio - packaging, digital, print, UI/UX, and brand identity - and must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and finished artwork across brand identity, packaging, digital, print, and presentation formats
- Execute packaging design for FMCG and agri-consumer products, including label artwork and compliance-ready production files
- Design and maintain brand collateral - brochures, sell sheets, trade materials, social media creatives, and pitch decks
- Build UI wireframes and screen designs for web and mobile using Figma or Adobe XD, in coordination with development teams
- Collaborate directly with the brand and marketing lead to interpret briefs and translate strategy into visual output
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, adhering to defined brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering within timelines without compromising quality
- Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files with precision, ensuring correct bleed, resolution, colour profiles, and format specifications
- AI-fluent, receptive to working in hybrid mode leveraging AI tools for efficient design and visualisation outcomes, as needed
- Digital Art & Video editing skills will be an added advantage
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a design role within FMCG, consumer goods, or a related industry - agency or in-house
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva: non-negotiable
- Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD for UI/UX and screen design
- Demonstrated ability to ideate independently and present well-reasoned visual concepts
- Strong understanding of typography, colour systems, grid structures, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with packaging design requirements - including FSSAI compliance considerations, label formats, and print production specifications - is a clear advantage
- Portfolio that demonstrates range: brand identity, packaging, digital, and UI work
- Ability to receive and act on strategic briefs without requiring heavy hand-holding.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior exposure to agri, food, or wellness brand categories
- Awareness of quick commerce and ecommerce creative requirements (Amazon, BigBasket, Blinkit formats)
- Ability to work within a lean team and take end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and efficiently balance remote and on-site working modes.
