Job Description – Sr. Accountant / Account Manager
Industry: Manufacturing – Electrical Panel Industry
Location: Nashik
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reporting To: Director / Plant Head
Job Summary
Looking for an experienced and responsible Sr. Accountant / Account Manager to handle complete accounting and financial operations of the organization. The candidate should have strong experience in manufacturing industry accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and team handling. The role requires independent handling of accounts, coordination with auditors and banks, and supporting management in financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and petty cash management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Finalize accounts independently and maintain proper accounting records.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, E-Invoicing, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks, consultants, and government departments.
Prepare MIS reports, financial reports, and management reports for analysis and decision-making.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, receivables, and working capital.
Support management in budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Conduct financial ratio analysis for evaluating company performance, profitability, liquidity, and operational efficiency.
Handle inventory accounting, manufacturing accounting, costing, and production-related accounting entries.
Monitor vendor payments, purchase accounting, and material accounting processes. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
Lead and guide the accounts team and ensure smooth department operations.
Ensure timely completion of all accounting and compliance activities within deadlines.

Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory accounting, and costing. Ability to prepare MIS reports and financial analysis reports.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience
B.Com / M.Com (MBA – Finance preferred).
10 to 20 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
candidates from Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
Experience in independently handling accounts in a manufacturing setup is mandatory. Experience in handling accounts for a company with turnover of ₹50 Crore or above. Team handling experience preferred. Other Details

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 per month for suitable candidates as per company requirements and experience. Working Days: Sunday to Friday
Job Location: MIDC Ambad, Nashik

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
