Full job description

Job Title : Senior Accounts Manager.

Job Type : Full-time.

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Senior Accounts Manager to oversee accounting, financial, and compliance activities across multiple business operations. The role requires strong financial management skills, leadership ability, and the capability to independently handle accounts-related responsibilities for one or more entities operating from the same office location.

The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial reporting and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

· Overseeing end-to-end accounting operations and financial management.

· Finalizing books of accounts and preparing financial statements.

· Managing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

· Coordinating with auditors, CA, and regulatory authorities.

· Monitoring receivables, payables, and cash flow management.

· Preparing MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

· Ensuring timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.

· Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls.

· Supervising and guiding junior accounts and admin staff..

Requirements :

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

· Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting systems.

· In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Strong leadership and team management ability.

· Minimum qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent.

· 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

· Candidates residing near Dongrepada, Wavanje, Taloja, or nearby areas preferred..
