Conduct research and program evaluation activities for client engagements — supervising, planning and coordinating them from design to findings

Work with evaluators and field teams to collect data, then run the quantitative and qualitative analysis the engagement was promised

Originate and coordinate information requests inside the organization so analysis runs on evidence-based, data-informed material

Provide policy and action recommendations grounded in the research — what the client should do, and how confidently the data says so

Perform business analysis, data modeling and database optimization on the research corpora your programs build

Create, administer and maintain the recurring reports using the standard reporting tools, so engagements see movement on schedule

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Data Research Analyst at CryptoMize you will research, analyze, interpret and present data related to markets, operations and the subjects client engagements turn on. The role coordinates the evaluators, originates the data requests, and produces the reports the engagement schedule is built around — with every recommendation traceable to the evidence behind it.
Method hygiene is a standing duty: most organizations discover research error when a decision has already been executed, but here analysts intercept it upstream — in the design review, the collection audit and the analysis pass. You will maintain the research record so any finding can be re-derived from its data, on demand, in front of a client.
Analysts also carry institutional responsibility for the research culture: mentoring juniors on method, keeping the reporting tools current, and feeding the analyst pipeline. The analysts whose programs become the bench’s templates are the ones promoted first.
