Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Petroleum Testing Analyst to perform laboratory testing and analysis of petroleum products such as diesel, petrol, lubricants, oils, and fuels. The candidate will ensure product quality, maintain testing records, and follow safety and industry standards.

Position: Petroleum Testing Analyst

Department: Quality Control / Laboratory

Location: Raja Industrial Estate, Gala No 136, P K Road, Mulund West, 400080.

Experience: 1–2 Years (Freshers can also apply if trained)

Qualification:

B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry

Key Responsibilities

Conduct physical and chemical testing of petroleum products.

Perform tests such as viscosity, density, flash point, sulfur content, moisture, and distillation analysis.

Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Record and analyze test results accurately.

Prepare laboratory reports and maintain documentation.

Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, and safety standards.

Monitor sample collection and handling procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory area.

Required Skills

Knowledge of petroleum testing methods and laboratory procedures.

Familiarity with ASTM and ISO standards.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate lab instruments independently.

Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
