About Us

We are a fast-growing influencer marketing agency and production house working with brands, creators, celebrities, and digital campaigns across various industries. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

HR Operations

Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance and leave management processes.
Help prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.

Employee Engagement

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
Support internal communication and employee welfare programs.
Help create a positive and collaborative workplace environment.

HR Administration

Ensure HR records and files are updated and organised.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining trackers.
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
