Position Summary
The Head of Campus Operations will provide overall leadership and management of the day-to-day functioning of all campuses across Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of student and parent engagement, coordinating academic calendars and activities, and providing guidance and support to campus leads, faculty, and support teams.
The position serves as the central point of coordination between campuses and the organization’s leadership, ensuring consistency, quality, and a positive learning experience across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campus Operations Management
- Oversee the daily functioning of all campuses.
- Ensure smooth execution of academic and administrative activities.
- Standardize operational practices across locations.
- Monitor campus infrastructure, facilities, and resource requirements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
2. Academic Calendar and Program Coordination
- Plan and monitor implementation of the annual academic calendar.
- Ensure timely commencement and completion of classes, assessments, and events.
- Coordinate with academic leads and program coordinators for effective delivery.
- Track attendance, academic schedules, holidays, examinations, and special activities.
- Ensure consistency in student experience across campuses.
3. Student Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build a student-centric culture across campuses.
- Address student concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, well-being, and participation.
- Ensure mechanisms for regular student feedback and satisfaction.
- Support initiatives related to student development and campus life.
4. Parent and Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary escalation point for parents and guardians.
- Build strong and positive relationships with families.
- Conduct parent meetings and periodic reviews.
- Ensure timely communication regarding student progress, attendance, and important updates.
- Address concerns and grievances effectively.
5. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and mentor Campus Leads, Section Supervisors, Program Coordinators, and support staff.
- Conduct regular review meetings with campuses.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and operational teams.
- Foster collaboration and accountability among teams.
- Identify manpower requirements and support recruitment and onboarding.
6. Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance
- Establish operational standards and monitor adherence.
- Review campus performance indicators regularly.
- Analyze attendance, retention, student satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Drive quality and excellence across campuses.
7. Communication and Coordination
- Act as the bridge between campus teams and senior leadership.
- Ensure effective communication across departments.
- Facilitate regular campus reviews and reporting.
- Coordinate with academics, HR, finance, administration, and student support teams.
8. Problem Solving and Crisis Management
- Handle escalations from students, parents, and staff.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ensure business continuity and risk mitigation.
- Manage emergencies and unforeseen situations effectively.

QualificationsEssential
- Master's Degree in Education, Management, Social Work, Administration, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in education, training, higher education, or non-profit organizations.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership or multi-campus management role.
Preferred
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience in higher education, skilling, or inclusive education.
- Exposure to working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students will be an added advantage.
