Job Profile

Senior Technical SEO & Website Management Executive / Specialist. Department: TVS

Experience: 4–7 years

Qualification: Graduate (B.Tech / BE / BSc IT/ preferred)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional who can grow business using SEO, AI strategies, and frontend development. The role also involves managing and improving website performance across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and implement website changes on Shopify, WordPress, and custom HTML/CSS websites

● Plan and execute complete website revamps and optimizations

● Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)

● Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.)

● Optimize website content for better rankings and conversions

● Work on AI SEO / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies

● Monitor website performance, traffic, and user behavior

● Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI

● Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research

● Improve conversion rate (CRO) and user journey

● Coordinate with developers, designers, and content teams

● Handle multiple projects and manage timelines efficiently

● Lead and guide a SEO & Website team.Skills Required :

● Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

● Hands-on experience with Shopify, WordPress, Magento, and CMS platforms

● Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and frontend development

● Experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog

● Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and Tag Manager

● Experience in setting up website tracking, including GA4, enhanced ecommerce, and custom tracking setups.

● Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)

● Strong analytical and research skills

● Understanding of AI SEO, AEO, and search trends

● Implementation experience of website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals

● Basic understanding of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus

● Good communication and presentation skills

Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday WFH (if work required)

Work Timings: 10-6pm

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
