Experience

3+ years of experience in Unreal Engine / 3D production pipelines preferred
Experience in film, gaming, broadcast, virtual production, or advertising industry is a plus

About the Role We are looking for a talented and creative Unreal Engine Artist to create high-quality real-time cinematic content, virtual environments, and immersive visual experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong artistic skills combined with technical expertise in Unreal Engine workflows for film, broadcast, gaming, and virtual production.You will collaborate with directors, animators, VFX artists, and creative teams to deliver visually compelling real-time experiences using Unreal Engine and industry-standard 3D tools.Key Responsibilities

Create and develop real-time environments and cinematic scenes using Unreal Engine 5
Design high-quality assets, lighting setups, textures, and animations for virtual production and storytelling projects
Build and optimize workflows for real-time rendering and interactive content
Collaborate with animation, VFX, lighting, and camera teams during production
Import and integrate assets from Blender, Substance Painter, and other DCC tools into Unreal Engine
Create realistic materials, shaders, and textures for cinematic-quality output
Optimize scenes and assets for smooth real-time performance
Work on cinematic sequences, previs, postvis, commercials, and immersive experiences
Support rendering, simulation, and visual effects workflows
Troubleshoot technical and visual issues related to lighting, shading, rendering, and performance
Maintain visual quality while meeting project deadlines

Technical Requirements

Strong experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 for cinematic or real-time projects
Good understanding of Niagara, Lumen, Nanite, and Unreal animation systems
Knowledge of cinematic lighting, camera composition, and rendering techniques
Experience with FBX, Alembic, and USD workflows
Ability to create optimized assets and environments for real-time performance
Understanding of VFX and simulation workflows
Familiarity with virtual production pipelines is an added advantage
