Administrative Assistant with Accounting Knowledge

Location: Remote Options Available

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Timing :

Monday-Friday : 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Dinner Break) Saturday : 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM ( 1PM to 1:30 PM Lunch Break )

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant with Accounting Knowledge will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, as well as performing basic accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and invoices.
Process accounts payable and receivable, including data entry and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Support the HR department with onboarding and payroll processing.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
