We are in look-out for prospective job aspirants with relevant experience and skill sets for our medical institute located in Bengaluru Rural, details of which are bulleted below for your ready and further consideration:

Job Role : Billing Clerk

Job Location : Bengaluru Rural (Hoskote)

Qualification : B.com, M.com

Office Timings : Monday to Saturday

Compensation : Best in the Industry .

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and process patient bills accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all billing information, charges, discounts, and payments are correctly entered into the hospital billing system.
Receive and record payments through cash, card, UPI, NEFT, and other payment modes.
Reconcile daily collections with billing records and prepare collection summary reports.
Coordinate with patients, insurance companies, and departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain billing records, invoices, receipts, and other related documents systematically.
Assist in processing insurance claims and follow up on pending payments.
Update billing transactions and receipts in Tally and maintain accurate financial records.
Generate periodic billing and collection reports as required by management.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, billing procedures, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent MS Office knowledge, Tally
Knowledge of hospital billing procedures and payment collection processes.
Good numerical and data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
