Full job description

Job Title: Company Secretary

Location: New Delhi (GK - II)
Experience: Fresher

Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Regulatory Filings

· Execute all statutory filings including e-forms, annual returns and financial statements with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and Registrar of Companies (ROC).

· Monitor legislative changes in the Companies Act, SEBI and FEMA regulations to update senior management.

· Liaise with external regulators, corporate auditors, legal advisors and government authorities.

Board & Committee Management

· Organize and coordinate Board of Directors, Committee and Annual General Meetings.

· Draft comprehensive agendas, board notes, directors’ reports, corporate resolutions, and detailed meeting minutes.

· Track and follow up on critical action points decided during board meetings.

Record Keeping & Corporate Governance

· Maintain and update statutory registers, books, share certificates and company records for all group entities.

· Structure and review joint venture documentation, share transfers and corporate structuring files.

· Provide clear advisory support regarding corporate governance best practices to departmental heads.

Education:

Qualified Company Secretary and active member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
