Full job description

A aesthetic Clinical Specialist role focuses on educating healthcare professionals and ensuring they can safely and effectively use medical products, devices, therapies, or clinical systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Training Programs
Create training materials, presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and competency assessments.
Update training content based on new products, clinical evidence, or regulatory requirements.
Deliver Clinical Training
Conduct training sessions for physicians, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare staff.
Provide hands-on demonstrations of medical devices, equipment, or procedures.
Support Product Implementation
Assist hospitals and clinics during the launch or adoption of new technologies.
Ensure users are competent and confident in clinical application.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness
Assess learner understanding through tests, observations, and feedback.
Track training outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Provide Ongoing Clinical Support
Answer clinical questions and troubleshoot product-related issues.
Offer refresher training when needed.
Maintain Compliance
Ensure training aligns with regulatory standards, clinical guidelines, and company policies.
Keep accurate training records and documentation.

Skills Required

Strong clinical knowledge in the relevant specialty.
Excellent presentation and public-speaking skills.
Ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly.
Adult learning and instructional design skills.
Relationship-building and stakeholder management.

Common Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in equivalent field
Clinical experience (often 2–5+ years).
