e are seeking a professional with solid Salesforce development experience and a passion for delivering reliable solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across Salesforce customization, integration, and configuration. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. You should be comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within a distributed team environment.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Remote

Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play an important role in designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that support business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce development and integration capabilities. You will also contribute to maintaining coding quality and supporting continuous platform improvements.

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
Develop custom functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure Salesforce features and support implementation activities across projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Support real-time, batch, synchronous, and asynchronous integrations.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution.
Follow established coding standards, development processes, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Good to have Salesforce certification.
Demonstrate strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Possess expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning customization.
Understand Salesforce security, configuration, and implementation practices.
Have experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Good experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
Apply coding standards and development best practices consistently.
Possess 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Be comfortable working in a remote and collaborative environment.
