Job Title: HR Recruitment Specialist

Location: Indore
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization's talent acquisition objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
Draft and post job advertisements on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, referrals, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference and background verification checks as required.
Negotiate compensation packages and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and HR records.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
Assist in onboarding activities and employee documentation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Experience working with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

Experience in hiring for IT, FinTech, or technology-driven organizations.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
