Job Summary
Dr. Paul’s Advanced Hair & Skin Solutions is looking for a skilled and patient-friendly Skin Therapist to join our clinical team. The Skin Therapist will be responsible for performing professional skin and aesthetic treatments, assisting doctors during procedures, counselling patients, maintaining treatment protocols, and ensuring an excellent patient experience.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of skin treatments, aesthetic procedures, facial therapies, and clinic equipment, along with strong communication and patient-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skin and aesthetic treatments as per prescribed protocols.
- Perform treatments such as Hydrafacial, Dermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Carbon Laser, Medi-Facial, skin polishing and other aesthetic procedures after appropriate training.
- Assist doctors during skin and aesthetic procedures whenever required.
- Explain treatment procedures, aftercare instructions, and product usage to patients.
- Counsel patients regarding recommended skin treatments and clinic-approved skincare products.
- Ensure proper patient preparation before treatment and appropriate aftercare guidance.
- Operate and maintain skin treatment equipment safely and responsibly.
- Follow all clinical SOPs, treatment protocols, hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
- Monitor treatment rooms, equipment, consumables, and stock availability.
- Conduct follow-up and reminder calls to patients when required.
- Support patient retention and minimize treatment dropouts.
- Assist in skin analysis, promotional activities, glow sessions, camps, and new treatment launches.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, clinic managers, and other team members.
- Maintain a professional, courteous, and patient-friendly approach at all times.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- Diploma / Graduate qualification in Cosmetology, Aesthetics, Skin Therapy, Beauty Therapy.
- Candidates with relevant professional certifications in skin and aesthetic treatments will be preferred.
Experience:
- 1–4 years of experience as a Skin Therapist / Aesthetic Therapist / Beauty Therapist / Clinical Therapist is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of skin and aesthetic treatments.
- Good patient counselling and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of skin types, common skin concerns, and skincare products.
- Ability to operate aesthetic and skin treatment equipment.
- Strong hygiene, documentation, and treatment protocol compliance.
- Patient-friendly attitude and professional grooming.
- Ability to work as part of a clinical team.
